She spent most of her Thanksgiving in Japan with her cat Meredith, while she was in Tokyo to perform for her tour.And now Taylor Swift is on the move again as she was spotted leaving the country on Saturday to head to Australia. The 22-year-old country music star cut a somewhat lonely figure as she strolled through Narita International airport.

She did however look beautiful in a simple ladylike burgundy short-sleeve dress, which she paired with sheer bow-patterned stockings and patent leather flats, featuring pretty bows on the toes.The blonde star wore her glossy tresses out in a natural style and her signature red lipstick on her pout. She toted her guitar case in one hand and flung a vintage satchel over her shoulder.

Walking alone through the terminal, Taylor did have the company of music, with her iPod earphones stuck firmly in her ears. Taylor is heading to the land Down Under to perform for Australian fans. 'Now we’re off to Australia, where @GrantMickelson will undoubtedly refer to koalas as ‘panda bears’ no matter how many times we correct him,' she wrote on her Twitter page. Taylor recently spoke out about her complex love life amid rumours that she is about to start dating One Direction's Harry Styles.Following reports the pair are about to become a duet, she revealed she falls in, and out, of love fast.

Speaking to Parade magazine as its Christmas cover girl, the Nashville-born songwriter - who has a long list of Hollywood exes - said she finds bad boys magnetic but does want them to change their ways.'There’s a really interesting charisma involved,' she told Parade. 'They usually have a lot to say, and even if they don’t, they know how to look at you to say it all.

'I think every girl’s dream is to find a bad boy at the right time, when he wants to not be bad anymore.'

The singer - whose album Red has sold 1.9 million copies in four weeks - recently split with 18-year-old Conner Kennedy, from the iconic US political family. Ironically, Taylor's album was knocked off the top spot on the US Billboard charts on Wednesday by her rumoured new love interest's band One Direction.

However, Taylor can't be too bummed as after all, she reportedly first got flirty with 18-year-old Harry when he performed a song from 1D's new album Take Me Home on X Factor - the same night she also took to the stage.
