- net.max_halfopen - 255 (or) set this to default(don't change i.e 10) if ur tcp is not patched. If ur tcp is patched set it to 255 or also If u have vista sp1 or higher windows version set it to 255.
- net.utp_packet_size_interval + net.utp_receive_target_delay + net.utp_target_delay - play around these if u know, but there will be no speed change
